You are cordially invited to participate in the 44th annual Westdale Heat Tournament. We are looking to get 16 teams into the 8 & under tournament, while the 10 & under and 12 & under tournaments will be limited to eight teams each. If you are no longer involved please forward this information to the appropriate individuals. Applications will be taken on a first come first serve basis. No Exceptions! Please help support our full service concession stand which helps supplement the league's costs.All Tournaments are four games guaranteed.

Note: NO FULL-TIME TRAVELING TEAMS

If it is determined a team is a Full time Traveling Team, they will be disqualified and all fees will be forfeited.

• 8U - $300 - July 1st through July 6th (No games on July 4th unless it is needed as a rainout date.)
• 10U - $325 - July 9th thru July 12th
• 12U - $325 - July 16th thru July 19th

For leagues joining in two levels - deduct $50.00 from total. For leagues joining in all three levels - deduct $100.00 from total.

No refunds after June 15. Max teams per age level: 8U=16 teams, 10U=8 teams, 12U=8teams

We will be having the Home Run Derby and Throwing Competition again this year at the 8 and 10 & under levels.We need all entries in as soon as possible so we can secure the field time. We must have all checks by June 15.There are no refunds after this date. So please respond as soon as possible. If you know of any other communities that may be interested, please forward this.
